User-Generated Content: Users may create and upload content, including but not limited to text and images, within the App. By uploading content, Users grant Tradalytics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
a. Availability: The App offers in-app purchases. However, please note that the App does not offer the ability to purchase physical products or items.
b. Subscriptions: Users may subscribe to premium plans within the App, which provide enhanced features and benefits. Subscriptions do not include a free trial and are subject to the pricing and terms specified within the App.
a. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with the App are the exclusive property of Tradalytics or its licensors. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any of the App's content or trademarks without prior written permission from Tradalytics.
From time to time, Tradalytics may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes within the App. Such activities may be governed by additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly presented at the time of participation.

Users acknowledge that the use of the App is at their own risk. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.
